韓團2NE1成員 涉安毒風波

（中央社記者姜遠珍首爾1日專電）南韓媒體踢爆2010年南韓女團2NE1成員Park Bom以國際包裹方式從美國寄了多達82顆苯丙胺（安非他命）毒品，被海關當場扣留，她也遭到檢方調查。

南韓「朝鮮日報」網路版今天報導，苯丙胺屬於中樞神經興奮劑，誤用、濫用時對人體危害嚴重，南韓政府以總統令限制服用。

報導指出，當時海關扣留毒品後，立刻向仁川地方檢察院報案，警方也派人調查Park Bom涉嫌走私毒品。檢方受理案件40多天後，卻做出「緩期立案」決定，也沒有追蹤調查，就悄悄結案。「緩期立案」是雖然嫌疑人有罪而不必要立案時做出的決定。

報導指出，對走私毒品案決定「緩期立案」十分罕見，檢方是否故意放水，引發外界質疑聲浪。
