台大教授蔡丁貴去年228申請「公投靜坐」集會時，因不滿被警方用蛇籠阻擋在公園路與襄陽路口，涉嫌用雙手猛推1名盛姓女員警胸部，導致盛女有胸部挫傷，台北地檢署今天依妨害公務罪起訴蔡。
