食藥署查獲視力果 果汁標示不實

食品藥物管理署規定米粉、果蔬汁和乳品等市售包裝產品，今天起必須標示得更清楚，否則違法。食品藥物管理署今夜統計並發布各縣市衛生局成果，結果查獲一件果汁標示不合格。

食藥署表示，今天共稽查216家共2715件果蔬汁，結果嘉義市衛生局查獲「BIOES有機100%純天然野生藍莓綜合果汁」，標示為「視力果」，涉誇張易生誤解，已移請台北市政府衛生局處辦。

另外，鮮乳、保久乳、調味乳等乳飲品及乳粉產品，今稽查223家共2080件；以及稽查96家共1290件數米粉，全部都合格。
