彰化縣長參選人再增1人。這兩天街頭出現「縣長參選人洪敏雄」的大幅競選看板，引起縣民好奇和議論：他是誰？不少人以為是大葉大學前校長，原來是高雄市警察局三線一星人事室主任退休的洪敏雄，家住溪湖鎮，前縣議員巫洪月蓮是他姑姑。最近洪敏雄勤訪各界人士，表示年輕時受到前縣長黃石城的影響，認為一個人要對家鄉盡一分心力，他要實現這個願望。
