如何辨異味？上風、下風處採樣 聞臭師分析

燒烤異味是如何採樣與辨識的？澎湖縣政府環保局公害防治科長許佳佩說，空汙採樣與其他汙染不同，必須事先調派專業人力及儀器設備，還要考慮天氣、風向等環境因素，最重要的是，必須送到實驗室，由專業聞臭師分析。

所採的空氣樣本必須在12小時內，送到檢驗機構分析，由3個專業聞臭師在負壓實驗室進行；依據「固定汙染源空氣汙染物排放標準」，住宅區異味排放標準為10以內，但這3家炭烤店檢驗結果分別為21至25，明顯超過排放標準。

她表示，由一部外型類似風向儀的採樣設備，在採樣目標3公尺範圍，在上風及下風處各採一個點；儀器抓到風以後，操控員掌握時機點，把空氣吸入塑膠袋，等袋內充滿空氣立刻封存，外形像抱枕，立刻送實驗室由聞臭師靠嗅覺辨識。
