買後才知凶宅 獲賠375萬

劉姓商人花1500萬元，向邵男、「小新」購得北屯區的透天厝，但劉男購屋後，從鄰居處獲悉前屋主廖男上吊自殺，請求減少價金，邵男辯稱廖男在送醫途中死亡，透天厝不算「凶宅」，但法官查出死者廖男的兒子證稱父親在屋內自殺，判處邵男、「小新」連帶給付劉男375萬元。

劉姓商人表示，去年3月授權王姓房屋仲介員與他簽訂買賣契約書，以1500萬元為買賣金額，同年4月初完成房屋移轉登記，並未載明房屋曾有人自殺。

劉購屋後才經鄰居告知透天厝曾有人上吊，經多方查證始知房屋曾發生自縊身亡事件，邵男、「小新」惡意隱瞞所賣屋是凶宅，嚴重損害他的權益，向法院請求減少價金，要求對方返還溢付的買賣金600萬元。

證人劉男證稱仲介告知有人在屋內自殺，死者廖男的兒子也表示父親在屋內自殺，買下一年後請法師超渡，足見邵男、「小新」早知屋內有人自殺身亡。
