神盾 拚明年轉上市櫃

宏碁轉投資的國內首家生物辨識IC設計公司神盾（6462）將於今（26）日登錄興櫃交易，最快明年上半年轉上市櫃。

神盾成立於2007年，致力於設計開發並生產銷售電容式指紋辨識感測晶片，是整合指紋辨識晶片、演算法與軟體設計的IC設計與方案公司。

神盾去年營收為8,370萬元，稅後淨損7,229萬元，每股淨損1.45元；今年前五月營收1,624萬元，稅後淨損7,101萬元，每股淨損1.14 元。

神盾在指紋辨識領域耕耘多年，全球累積超過百項專利，並已開發出面積最小的按壓式指紋感測晶片，且避開蘋果專利，改採被動式感測技術，現已開始對非蘋陣營的一線品牌手機廠送樣，進入驗證階段。

神盾目前股本為6.2億元，新加坡商GAMNAT持股6.45%，盧森堡商FIDELITY持股6.45%，網際威信持股6.4%，宏碁旗下的智柒創投和智玖創投分別持股5.8%和4.84%。
