手機要進入撥號畫面常常會出現
(1) 很抱歉, 通訊錄已停止

(2) 很抱歉, 處理程序 com.android.phone已停止

按"確定"後會回到手機撥號畫面, 但是原本撥號畫面上應該要出現的撥號紀錄 會出現空白 大約要等2-3秒鐘才會又出現撥號紀錄

另外出現上述情形時有時候在最上面的通知欄電話訊號的地方會出現紅色的sim卡符號, 要過個幾秒才會消失

還有出現上述情形時快速撥號的紀錄也都會不見 要手動撥號成功過一次後 或是等通訊錄出現後才能再快速撥號

打電話去客服, 客服請我去設定/應用程式/全部/電話 清除資料, 不過這一招沒效

不知道是什們問題造成的

(我還沒試過手機重置)
