（中央社記者江明晏台北2014年6月24日電）中華電信 (2412) 今天舉行股東會，董事長蔡力行初登板，中華電信人力公司宏華工會等相關團體一大早就號召上百人在股東會門口，抗議派遣工問題。

中華電信今天舉行股東會，中華電信轉投資人力公司宏華工會等相關團體，包括台灣通信網路產業工會等今天一大早就號召上百人在門口抗議中華電派遣工問題。

蔡力行年初上任以來，今天首次主持股東常會，大會一開始，台灣通信網路產業工會理事長張緒中不按照程序，搶先發言抗議議程與派遣問題，中華電股東會針對程序議案進行投票，表決結果按照原來議程進行，並指派獨立董事與場外抗議人士協調，化解爭議。
