張志軍不來天龍國　陸媒：深入台灣基層

中國國台辦主任張志軍預計今天中午11點45分抵達桃園機場，展開四天訪台行程，並將與新北市長朱立倫、高雄市長陳菊、台中市長胡志強三大直轄市長會面，不過這次行程中並沒有拜訪「天龍國」台北市的計畫，中國《中新網》就形容，這是張志軍「與台灣基層民眾接觸」。

報導引述中國社科院台灣研究所副所長朱衛東、以及廈門大學臺研院政治所副所長陳先才的分析指出，這次張志軍的參訪地點不包括台北市，反而是台灣中南部的一些城市，顯示「張志軍將花相當精力與台灣基層民眾接觸」。此外，陳先才說，張志軍此次未計劃到台北，將降低台灣一些民眾和反對勢力的政治顧慮，「此訪行程體現了習近平主政以來，大陸對台深入基層了解民意的做法」。

另一方面，報導也指出，張志軍此次為首次訪問台灣，成為兩岸關係新突破。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
