破窗偷信用卡盜刷　賊是我老哥

高市1名劉姓男子（43歲）缺錢花用，竟將腦筋動到同住的胞弟頭上，偷了胞弟信用卡，2天狂刷10筆，當工程師的弟弟接獲銀行通知，才知遭竊，警方調閱刷卡加油站的監視影像揪人，今依竊盜、偽造文書及詐欺罪嫌送辦。
 
劉男說，3年前在越南工作，因打瞌睡，弄壞機器，簽了12萬元本票才回國，一直積欠到現在，多次向家人求助，但未獲協助，後來網路有人願意刷卡換現金，要他先去大賣場刷卡買儲值，再以9折收購。
 
劉被慫恿，決定偷弟弟信用卡，4月5日，他潛入弟弟四樓房間，還故佈疑陣，打破門窗玻璃、假造竊賊入侵假象，偷走弟弟桌上信用卡，其中盜刷的錢，有7萬元匯到越南。
 
警方發現，劉除了到賣場刷卡，還去加油站與小北百貨賣場買東西，遭竊劉男事後看到行竊竟是親哥哥，當下難過到不行，雖不願追究，但警方還是依法送辦。（湯寶隆／高雄報導）
