春訓調整多 陳偉殷本季亮眼

在大聯盟競爭的環境裡，選手必須不斷進步，才不會被超越，對陳偉殷來說，在大聯盟這第三年開始，他做了很多的改變，雖然一開始的努力不一定都有收到成果，但還好經過堅持，讓今年球季陳偉殷的表現，非常亮眼。

為了求進步，其實陳偉殷早在今年球季，春訓開始之前，就做了很多改變，包括訓練的方式，還有配球的調整，雖然要將長久以來的習慣，一下做變化，一開始陳偉殷當然也很難適應，不過現在來到季中，殷仔做的努力。也慢慢的得到了收穫。

金鶯投手陳偉殷：「球季剛開始的時候，可能就跌跌撞撞滿多的，那可能就是，自己覺得丟得滿好的，但得到的效果可能不太一樣，現在已經慢慢可以，去抓住那個感覺跟感受到了，所以就是，希望接下來會越來越好，不是說到後半段，體能上面出現一些問題的時候，希望不會因此，而去做太大的改變。」

陳偉殷本季出賽14場，戰績7勝2敗，是隊上的勝投王，除了下半季的體力狀況之外，陳偉殷認為，目前這階段，已經能將控球掌握到最好。

金鶯投手陳偉殷：「我自己覺得滿大的改變，那可能就是跟，以前可能一下子，需要改變的東西太多，我現在比賽可能就是，曲球、滑球我全部都要練，變成是沒有一樣我練的好，我現在就只是專注說，我現在曲球，就大致上是這樣子就好了，我現在就是專攻幾個變化球，直球就是把它壓低，我覺得這樣子的話，相對會比較簡單一點。」

從大聯盟新人到老鳥，陳偉殷體會到，在這競爭激烈的環境裡，如果不能保持進步，很快的就會被人迎頭趕上，雖然開始難免碰到瓶頸，但在努力之後，殷仔現在總算能夠享受，辛苦耕耘後帶來的收穫。(民視新聞 李怡慧 巴爾的摩報導)
