台灣盜版軟體比例上升 亞太區唯一

根據BSA台灣軟體聯盟24日公布的《2013年全球軟體研究》調查，自2003年起的歷年研究中發現，在台灣每年持續下降的未經合法授權軟體比例於2013年首度反轉上升，BSA說，儘管僅較2011年提升1個百分點達38%，仍應視為警訊，以免多年來推動智財保護的努力成空。

調查顯示，儘管非正版軟體率上升，但台灣仍是亞太區表現較佳的經濟體，僅落後於日本的19%、澳大利亞的21%、新加坡的32%，而過去非正版軟體率一直比台灣高的韓國，則在本年度結果中，與台灣並列亞太區第四位，都是38%。

此外，2013年台灣是亞太區唯一上升的國家。全球有11個國家非正版軟體使用率上升，分別為台灣、哥斯大黎加、宏都拉斯、尼加拉瓜、巴拉圭、阿爾及利亞、埃及、突尼西亞、希臘、馬爾他、西班牙。
