陸年內2次定向降準 開始實施

中國大陸今天起正式實施今年內第2次「定向降準」，估計釋出資金在人民幣1000億元以內。

中國人民銀行（大陸央行）日前宣布，符合審慎經營要求且「三農」（農村、農業、農民）和小微企業貸款達到一定比例的商業銀行，16日起調降人民幣存款準備金率0.5個百分點。

這是大陸央行自4月25日以來第2次實施定向降準。大陸理財周報引述專家評估，這次定向降準釋出資金約700億元，最多不超過1000億元。

綜合大陸各經濟學家看法，定向降準要發揮最大效用，必須讓金融機構和資金需求者能真正將錢用到需要的地方，確保貨幣政策向實體經濟傳導管道順暢。
