殼牌約50億美元售伍德賽德持股

（中央社台北2014年6月17日電）彭博報導，歐洲最大石油公司─荷蘭皇家殼牌集團（Royal Dutch ShellPlc NL-RDSA）加速資產銷售，將以約50億美元出售對澳洲油氣生產商─伍德賽德石油公司（WoodsidePetroleum Ltd. AU-WPL）大部分持股。

總部位於海牙（Hague）的荷蘭皇家殼牌集團聲明，計劃出售7830萬股伍德賽德股票，伍德賽德也計劃買回相同數量公司股票。

荷蘭皇家殼牌集團去年表示，最終將出脫對澳洲次大油氣生產商─伍德賽德的23%持股。

伍德賽德執行長柯爾曼（Peter Coleman）2月向荷蘭皇家殼牌集團施壓對其持股採取行動，表示投資人想要「確定性」。

伍德賽德昨天在雪梨股市收在42.85澳元，今天交易暫停。

荷蘭皇家殼牌集團表示，以稅後約50億美元出售伍德賽德股分，代表伍德賽德19%股權。（譯者：中央社徐睿承）
