農委會助創意農企 登創櫃板

（中央社記者楊淑閔台北14日電）農委會表示，配合中華民國證券櫃檯買賣中心創櫃板推動，昨天發布「行政院農業委員會出具申請登錄創櫃板公司具創新創意意見書作業須知」，並已助2家農企業登錄創櫃板。

農委會科技處副處長李紅曦說，凡取得會方出具創新創意意見書的農企業，無論資本額大小，都可以省去櫃買中心第一階段創新創意審查，且增資金額不受1年內新台幣1500萬元的限制，可加速農企業登錄創櫃板時效，並幫助農企業以較低成本，向資本市場募集營運所需資金。

她並說，申請登錄創櫃板的公司免辦理公開發行，籌資成本較低，且透過創櫃板的「公設之聯合輔導機制」，農企業將可逐步建立內部控制、會計及財務規劃相關制度，並落實公司治理。

她舉例，本年度經由該會推薦順利登錄創櫃板的有京冠生物科技與微新生物科技2家農企業，透過創櫃板進入資本市場，有助於促進這兩家公司內部健全管理、吸引優秀人才、拓展行銷通路。1030614
