員工幫老闆借錢　沒錢還自殺

台南市一名羅姓男子在2010年10月以直銷公司為由，詐騙葉姓、涂姓男子幫他工作，甚至以家中有急用為由，要兩人向銀行借款幫他，其中葉姓男子因背負還債壓力，在2012年自殺身亡。台南地檢署今天偵結，認為羅姓男子惡性重大，事後逃逸被通緝，除依《詐欺罪》起訴，並建請法官從重量刑。
 
南檢起訴書指出，被告羅姓男子（46歲）在2010年10月透過報紙刊登應徵行政助理廣告，當時24歲葉姓男子與28歲涂姓男子見報前往應徵，他要葉跑業務，涂負責內勤兼會計，3人一起負責愛地球健康事業公司的台南分部。
 
2010年底，羅姓男子以家中有急用，家中土地買賣需要相關代辦費用，向葉、涂2人借款，並說服他們向銀行、地下錢莊辦理信貸或車貸，涂借了28萬、葉借了48萬。
 
2011年1月，羅姓男子突然失聯，涂、葉才知道受騙，該案是因檢察官偵辦地下錢莊的重利案，傳喚葉姓男子才得知此案，葉事後因背負其他債務壓力，於2012年9月自殺身亡。（辛啟松／台南報導）
