金融機構公股高層 人事大搬風

公股金融機構高層人事異動最快本周將明朗，部分董總缺不排除搭配公公併的推動，保留彈性空間；至於期交所董事長人選難覓，今（16）日起將暫由總經理邱文昌代理。

期交所董事長范志強今天起將專任高鐵董事長，由於期交所董事長一職還在尋覓中，金管會上周核定暫由邱文昌代理董座。

至於公股金融機構高層人事，預計最快周五合庫金等多家公股金融機構召開股東會前，可望明朗。

據了解，目前傳出可能出缺的公股金融機構高層，包括將屆齡退休的土銀董事長王耀興、合庫金控總經理尤錦堂，及任期屆滿的合庫金董事長沈臨龍，相關人事布局會否牽動一連串高層人事異動，備受關注。

有關人士透露，這波高層人事異動中，兆豐金總經理徐光曦及台企銀董座廖燦昌被視為活棋，但徐光曦個人異動的意願不高。廖燦昌被列為合庫金董座人選之一，但也不排除其他競爭對手出線。
