樂陞大股東大舉轉讓持股逾4成 傳引進策略投資人

跨平台遊戲開發商樂陞科技(3662-TW)公告大股東KingKong DEVELOPMENT大舉轉讓持股3300張，比例超過4成，市場傳出將引進策略合作夥伴，幫助公司在國際上遊戲產業上，持續拓展版圖。

樂陞公告大股東KingKong DEVELOPMENT大舉轉讓持股3300張，將從原有的持股7927張，降低至4627張，轉讓比例超過4成，預計轉讓時間為今(16)日到7月15日，為期一個月，陸續轉讓。

樂陞為衝刺遊戲版圖，動作不斷，其中4月中為使遊戲平台更加完整，以換股方式或及現金方式，投資Proficient Success移動休閒遊戲平台，交易金額達28.93億元。

另外樂陞同時看好中國剛開放的遊戲機市場，攜手中國中輝世紀傳媒，簽定合作框架協議，未來雙方將共同出資成立新事業，成立乐升世纪，主攻中國OTT全媒體娛樂平台事業。
