原民會館圖書採購弊案　喝花酒放水20萬交保

桃園縣政府原民局下轄的大溪原住民文化會館去年發包的圖書採購案傳出弊案，已離職的文化會館管理人蘇志強（48歲）涉嫌接受業者弘兆錦國際公司負責人黃錦城（52歲，在押）招待到中壢地區由袁姓男子開設的地下酒家喝花酒，且協助黃錦城以200萬元標得該館圖書設備採購案，並在驗收時放水，桃園地檢署昨晚將蘇等人傳訊到案後，蘇坦承部分犯行，諭令20萬元交保。
 
桃園地檢署是在日前偵辦中平國小校長陳新平、復旦國小總務李世繁等人涉嫌違反政府採購法，護航弘兆錦國際公司負責人黃錦城以「先綁標後圍標」的方式承攬校園的洗手台工程、電子看板設備和圖書文具等採購案時，同時追查出上情，黃已遭羈押禁見，陳、李二人分以20萬元交保。（張沛森／桃園報導）
