一周偷2次電纜線　離職工人累犯判1年

基隆市1名林姓男子，因曾在安樂區1處工地工作熟悉地形，今年3月12日林男就曾偷竊電纜線，被警方查獲送辦，被判刑4月。不料林男3月18日凌晨再度夥同另名林姓共犯，從工地後方山坡地排水溝，潛入地下3樓，持破壞剪、美工刀等，剪了一堆電纜線，還來不及搬出去，就被工地人員從監視器發現行竊，工地立即報警。

基隆四分局安樂分駐所獲報，當場逮到林嫌，另名林姓同伙則先行逃逸，事後仍遭警方送辦，法官依共同攜帶兇器竊盜未遂罪，判處林嫌8月刑期，林姓同伙另案偵辦中，林嫌短短1周內2次偷竊，合計被判刑12月，真是罪有應得！（蔡進男／基隆報導）
