警大畢典 總統讚揚方仰寧

總統馬英九為警察大學學生頒發畢業證書。

總統馬英九昨天主持中央警大畢業典禮，期許學生投入警職都能做到「廉」與「能」。他說，「警察風紀一定要好，能力一定要強，才會獲得人民信賴。」

馬英九同時讚揚方仰寧在太陽花學運期間坐鎮指揮，保護年輕學子的安全，他引用方仰寧女兒在facebook 寫的文章，「父親任勞任怨任謗，為維護治安、保護民眾，付出極大的體力與心力，我永遠以父親為榮。」鼓勵畢業生要向方仰寧看齊。

從太陽花學運、到北捷案，凸顯出警察人力不足的問題，馬英九表示，目前警力預算人力是7萬3千人，警民比是1：315，「大部分警力支援學運維安，如果再有其他狀況發生，恐怕會影響治安穩定。」將與江宜樺研議，近幾年將陸續補充2500名警力。

學運後也爆發警察過勞離退潮，馬英九說，警察工作十分辛勞，壓力也比一般人大，未來會要求加強警力消長動態預測，維持警力穩定。
