我書買了(肌肉鍛煉解剖全書)這本
可能是我悟性太低,看來還是需要有經驗的人來指導
，自從被巡場教練指導了一下，發現我很多眉角都沒注意到，有種事倍功不到半的感覺，讓我萌生買教練課的念頭，才來版上請教前輩們。
健身果然不是動作一樣就能有一樣的效果，眉角好多啊!!!!

健身工廠在台中只有一個點，應該不會遇到教練一直換點的問題吧，只有聽說中清路要開一個新的點，要是開幕了就又離我更近了
