討論一下仁德未來發展性，有什麼大的公共建設？？

小弟去年搬到仁德附近！（請搜我之前文章）

對網上各位大大的指教都虛心接受！

有人叫我別買仁德，晚上有臭味（偶而），小工廠多（下班回來都歸家裡，so...）....等

但去年因為價格能接受也方便所以就買了（有錢誰不想買好一點的地段）！

今年左鄰右社比我晚一年買的幾乎最少多我一百、甚至聽說還有差快三百的！！嚇死人！

機能是夠了（學區，國小是長興、國中復興！）該有的都有！

不過好像沒什麼重大公共建設吶！！

重點是，有人知道仁德未來的發展性嗎？？

有人知道仁德會有什麼大的公共建設嗎？
