我的CPU 風扇轉速... 已經比光輪2000還快了

想跟各位大師請教一下

我的電腦前三天,CPU風扇開始走在最高速(原因不明)

首先我看了網路教學...

散熱膏重新塗(X)無效
調整BIOS CPU Smart Fan 依照教學調整 CPU Smart Fan Target 60度, CPU Min FAN Speed(%)50

也都沒有效果,整個家裡面都是風扇的聲音...

我看過 open hardwere monitor CPU溫度只有30度最高45度

不應該跑這麼高速阿? 還是有什麼我可以調整的?

電腦規格如下請大家開釋一下

CPU:AMD Athlon II X4 640 Processor
MB:MSI 760GM-P34(FX) (MS-7641)
記憶體:DDR3 133 4G*2
顯示卡:AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series
