羈押庭 趙藤雄：偵查不公開

（中央社記者黃意涵、顧荃台北2014年6月1日電）合宜住宅案，北院今晚再次開庭審理遠雄集團董事長趙藤雄、副總魏春雄羈押案。面對媒體提問，趙藤雄僅說偵查不公開。

趙藤雄於晚間8時15分抵達台北地方法院，面對大批媒體包圍，僅說偵查不公開，隨即走向法庭；魏春雄稍晚抵達，面對媒體則不發一語。

同時，護樹團體也號召約10餘人聚集在台北地方法院門口，指控遠雄的大巨蛋工程移除路樹時手法粗暴，呼籲檢調追查，並於趙藤雄現身時，在旁呼喊「黑心遠雄，還我老樹！」等口號。

台北地檢署偵辦桃園合宜住宅案，5月30日聲押趙藤雄、魏春雄等人，台北地方法院31日分別裁定趙藤雄新台幣500萬元、魏春雄100萬元交保，並限制住居、出境、出海。檢方不服，立即提起抗告。

台灣高等法院今天下午撤銷原裁定，發回台北地方法院，北院於晚間8時30分重開羈押庭。
