1歲半男童遭重摔彈簧床致死 姨丈辯稱：跟他玩！

新北市一名男子2013年9月時，將自己1歲半的外甥丟到硬質的彈簧床上，一小時內重複10次，造成外甥顱內出血、休克死亡，男童姨丈卻向檢方辯稱「只是跟他玩」，30日檢方將他依殺人罪起訴，並請法官加重其刑。

根據《TVBS新聞台》報導，男童母親因北上找姊姊，暫住在姊姊與姊夫家中，沒想到男童姨丈趁男童母親熟睡時，將外甥偷偷抱到隔壁房間，並高舉一公尺再往下丟到硬質的彈簧床上，還重複10次，一個小時後才又將男童抱回原處。

男童母親醒來發現，兒子雙手發抖且高燒不退，緊急送醫才知道男童已經顱內出血，治療2個星期後仍不幸身亡，經法醫解剖後確認男童是因外力造成外傷性顱內出血。

男童姨丈接受檢方約談時卻辯稱「只是跟他玩」，但檢方認為男童姨丈所言為推託之詞，因男童僅1歲半，身體、頭骨都還未發育完成，卻遭到男子重摔，還多達10次，30日將男子依殺人罪起訴，並請法官加重其刑。
