防範突發攻擊　警：撥開、快跑、報警

新北市蘆洲分局警方，今天邀請捷運警察隊柔道教官陶欽塗，海巡署教官黃印銘，到集賢派出所2樓教導民眾防身方式。

蘆洲分局表示，平時除了反詐騙、反校園霸凌、性騷擾防治等防範犯罪宣導之外，在北捷殺人案發生後，為了讓民眾能有正確的防身觀念，才特別舉辦這項活動。

黃印銘表示，當民眾遇到突發性的攻擊事件，千萬不要與對方硬碰硬、能跑就跑，但是當對方已經要攻擊到自己的時候，盡量用「撥」的方式，用手或包包等物品，將對方攻擊的手撥掉，因為用擋的比較容易受傷，製造出逃命空檔後，就趕快跑，先保住自己的安全，後續再交由警方處理，才是比較安全的方式。（張貴翔／新北報導）
