TRF停擺 國銀4月獲利受影響

金管會公告，國銀前4月稅前盈餘逾1000億元，但中大型銀行TRF（目標可贖回遠期合約）業務全數停擺，國銀獲利實則「外強中乾」，4月獲利較3月「負成長」達10%。

金管會主委曾銘宗昨天說，金管會不希望暫停TRF業務太久，會儘快開放銀行可銷售「非避險」的TRF產品。

3月間金管會專案金檢9家銀行TRF業務，發現重大瑕疵，因此下令「非避險」TRF產品全數停售，並要求銀行公會擬定TRF等衍生性商品自律規範，以強化監理。

TRF是中大型銀行過去兩年成長最快速的業務之一，金管會大刀砍向TRF，重創銀行獲利，包括永豐、玉山、台新、國泰世華、台北富邦和中國信託商銀，4月單月獲利都比3月衰退。

曾銘宗昨天說，TRF新自律規範應有調適期，但「非避險性」TRF停售過久，將影響銀行業務發展，他不希望停售太久。
