西門子精簡 裁員1.16萬

（中央社台北2014年5月30日電）彭博報導，歐洲最大工程公司西門子宣布將裁員至少1.16萬人，以削砍近10億歐元（13.4億美元）成本。

西門子（Siemens AG DE-SIE）執行長執行長凱颯（Joe Kaeser）昨天在紐約的網絡會議向分析師與投資人表示，西門子將精簡工作流程並改革部門架構，7600個工作將遭到裁汰，另外4000個工作則是各國區域中心的冗員。他透露，有些員工將轉調至新工作。

凱颯指出：「有些人做些協調、分析的工作。我們認為其中大約20%可以轉調其他工作，不必再做現有工作。」

凱颯之前擔任財務長一職，去年8月升格為執行長後，就開始檢視公司策略進行調整，希望藉此重拾投資人信心。

西門子在前任執行長羅旭德（Peter Loescher.）領軍下，獲利未達標。

西門子本月出爐的整頓計畫，將成立九大部門，以取代之前以四大領域為主的公司架構。（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）
