《美股》Tyson追高聘金，Hillshire Brands飆漲17.7％

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】美股個股：

1.全美最大肉品製造商Tyson Foods宣布將以68億美元競購知名食品公司Hillshire Brands，其出價超出競標對手Pilgrim's Pride提出的價碼。受此激勵，Hillshire Brands周四股價大漲17.7％，為52.76美元。Tyson收漲6.1％，為43.25美元。

2.蘋果公司周三證實將收購潮牌耳機與線上音樂串流公司Beats Electronics，以及投資人看好蘋果將在6月2日召開的全球開發者大會（WWDC）上推出智慧家居平台等新產品策略。蘋果股價收漲1.82％，為635.38美元，創下2012年10月17日以來收盤新高。

3.蘋果下半年推出新產品的效應持續發酵，「蘋」概股之一、藍寶石基板供應商極特先進科技股價上漲5.06％，為17.22美元，追平5月1日以來收盤新高。
