土國禁YouTube 法院判侵權

（法新社安卡拉29日電）土耳其憲法法院今天裁定，當局全面禁止影音網站YouTube，侵害了個人的權利和自由。

YouTube自3月27日就在土耳其遭查禁，原因是有人利用這個網站散播錄音檔，而其中內容據稱顯示高層政府、軍方和情報官員會商，討論可能在敘利亞採取的軍事行動。

總理辦公室官員告訴法新社，憲法法院是在受理個人以遭侵權為由提出的申訴案件後，作出這項裁定。

民營的NTV電視台報導，法院這項裁定「有約束力」，幾小時後民眾可能就可以連上YouTube。
