台股在美股反彈、外資買盤點火、內資回流等利多簇擁中，繼上周收盤指數再次站回9,000點大關後，市場專家預期，新一波中期反彈格局已成形，指數有機會將以震盪盤堅的走勢，挑戰9,800點。

一位政府基金大型代操操盤人指出，台股在上周克服8,950 點的技術面主要反壓區後，為期約一個月的中期整理已經結束。接下來的行情，就看國際股市等外在條件配合，預期將是震盪盤堅的方式，在第4季上攻至9,800點，電子股將是攻堅主軸，金融與傳產是否加入電子業績成長成長股的輪動，將是關鍵。
