標題[請問] 急！重大傷病卡可以代辦嗎？

抱歉，手機發文！ 簡單說明，我姨丈得了癌症！ 要辦重大傷病卡 但是人不舒服， 請問可以代理嗎？ 要有委托書之類的東西嗎？ -- Sent from my Android --
