女子騎車跨雙黃線　分局長座車趕緊煞車

「快派救護車!有人昏迷!」今天下午4時許有民眾報案表示，在安一路上有機車騎士倒臥在路上，基隆市消防局立刻派救護車前往，現場是1名20歲左右的女騎士倒在地上，女子下巴碎裂多處擦傷，送醫時意識昏迷，救護車將她送往基隆長庚醫院，在院方急救下已恢復意識，據了解，當時女騎士已跨越雙黃線，準備超前面1輛小客車，小客車的駕駛正是基隆市警察局第四分局許姓分局長，分局長利用假日自行開車前往大武崙督勤，看到女子從左方快速超車接著突然自摔，分局長趕緊踩下剎車，女子剛好跌在小客車前方幾公分處，目前基隆市交通隊已在釐清車禍原因。（戴之聖／基隆報導）
