立委要求北捷殺人案五個月內定讞

台北捷運隨機殺人事件引發全民公憤與恐懼，立委廖正井上午在司法及法制委員會中給法官加壓，要求法官審判凶嫌鄭捷5個月內要三審定讞，司法院秘書長林錦芳表示，會轉告法官。

林錦芳說，司法院本來就有重大囑目案件應速審速結的規定，並訂有相關辦法，對於廖正井的建議，她表示，相信法官也會有這樣的認知。

廖正井說，他這兩天搭乘捷運發現氣氛很怪，大家排隊時，都左看右看，問林錦芳最近有沒有搭乘捷運，林錦芳說「有，但都不敢睡覺。」

廖正井不但為北捷殺人案的審判預先質詢林錦芳，並訂出「一審2個月、二審2個月、三審1個月」的審判進度，要求全案應在5個月內判刑確定，才能符合民意要求。
