南韓Kakao、Daum換股合併

（中央社台北2014年5月26日電）彭博報導，南韓第二大入口網站短信通信公司（Daum CommunicationsCorp.）今天發布聲明指出，南韓最大行動通訊應用Kakao Corp.與短信通信將透過換股方式合併。

短信通信公司指出，換股比為1股Kakao換合併後公司1.5557456股，Daum與新股的換股比率則為1:1。

Kakao與短信通信公司指出，如果獲得股東同意，合併後公司將於10月掛牌上市。Kakao與短信通信公司打算提升競爭並創造企業綜效。

據了解，反對這起交易的股東，1股Daum將可換73424韓元，1股Kakao可換113429韓元。Daum今天股票暫停牌，雙方稍後將召開聯合記者會。
