冷眼集／外交部送貼紙 難道可驅鬼？

越南發生暴動，外交部印製大批「身分貼紙」給僑民。在「遇馬則反」的世道下，當然遭到網民奚落，甚至還被綠營立委批評，為何不寫「台灣人不是中國人」？

平心而論，事件爆發至今，政府處置並不算差。透過台商組織很快地掌握多數僑民動態，一度失聯者也很快就經由網路尋獲。但是「送貼紙」確有蛇足之嫌。

近日消息顯示，被掠奪的對象，甚至已經擴及日、韓企業，顯示暴動早就超越「反中」，甚至已不僅是「反華」。

在此情況下，在門上大書「我來自台灣」甚至「台灣人非中國人」，難道就可貼符驅鬼，讓趁火打劫者自動轉向？

政府該做的，是利用投資大戶的身分，責成越方加強護僑，包括避免動亂擴大，以及爭取賠償。態度再積極亦不為過，對外可向越方展現立場與壓力，對內也有助凝聚國人認同。

至於送貼紙的「創意」，則太容易令人想起當年「釣魚台主權徵文比賽」的笑話，對於亟待翻轉形象的馬政府，恐怕弊多於利。
