行動記憶體 第2季產值回升

（中央社記者張建中新竹2014年5月16日電）市調機構集邦科技調查，第1季全球行動記憶體總產值約29.15億美元，季減4.1%，不過，隨著需求增加，加上價格有撐，預期第2季產值可望回升。

集邦科技表示，因海力士(Hynix)中國大陸無錫廠恢復產能主要在標準型記憶體，有助第1季行動記憶體產品平均銷售價格跌勢趨緩，估計僅下跌約5%。

集邦科技指出，第1季三星(Samsung)行動記憶體市占率達46%，穩居龍頭地位；美光(Micron)則受惠爾必達(Elpida)貢獻，行動記憶體市占率攀升至26.7%，超越海力士的25%，躍居第2大廠。

展望後市，集邦科技預期，全球智慧手機第2季出貨量可望季增8.6%，將可帶動行動記憶體需求增溫；加上市場供給微幅吃緊，產品價格有撐，第2季行動記憶體產值可望回升。
