臉書嗆聲九把刀 男鞠躬道歉

（中央社記者劉世怡台北15日電）卓姓男子被控在臉書揚言要燒掉曾替作家九把刀出書的出版社。士檢今天傳喚他出庭，庭訊後他受訪鞠躬向九把刀及出版社道歉。

警方指出，卓男日前在臉書（Facebook）成立「寫小說都沒被重視，出版社去死一死啦」粉絲團，留言預告將縱火燒蓋亞出版社；版主並放上菜刀、汽油桶及電擊棒的照片，恫稱要「把總編輯的頭砍下來」。

士林地檢署剪報分案，指揮警方向美國臉書公司調取相關登入IP位址，並約詢所有曾因投稿蓋亞出版社遭拒的民眾，終於經比對認定卓男犯案，隨即將他拘提到案並聲請羈押獲准。卓男日前獲釋。

檢方今天傳喚卓男，給他最後陳述機會，案件擬近日偵結。

卓男庭訊後受訪鞠躬表示，「也許我現在寫作不是很好」、「擅自做決定創立粉絲團，嗆聲出版社，也嗆了你（九把刀）」、「不好意思」等語，向九把刀及出版社道歉。1030515
