外交部印貼紙 李登輝：憨成這樣

越南發生暴動，波及台商。前總統李登輝晚間受訪表示，外交部印製「我是台灣人」貼紙，這樣無法解決事情，「唉唷，怎麼憨成這樣？」對於受害台商的賠償、返台等問題，政府應負起責任、儘速協助，行政院長應趕快開會討論，並叫越南代表來，不然就派人去越南政府交涉，馬上解決這件事情。
