大台南國土保育策略聯盟成立

（中央社記者張榮祥台南2014年5月15日電）大台南地區國土保育防治策略聯盟今天在台南地檢署宣布成立，市長賴清德等人宣示將整合各機關執法力量，保育國土。

大台南地區國土保育防治策略聯盟由台南地區12個機關共同組成，包括台南市政府、台南地檢署等。

賴清德表示，國土保育過去10多年來，談得很多，說得很動人，但做得很少、遠遠不夠。

他說，去年導演齊柏林的「看見台灣」，讓大家清晰看到台灣的美，也看到河川、土地被破壞滿目瘡痍的景象。人類不當開發使用土地、河川的行為，有時遠比氣候變遷帶來天然災害還要可怕。

賴清德希望透過聯盟平台，成立任務編組聯手出擊，進行各層面的管制和規劃，達成國土資源永續發展的最終目標。
