銓敘部102年因公撫卹占8.72%

銓敘部今天跟考試院會提出公務人員撫卹案業務報告，民國102年公務人員在職死亡218人，病故或意外死亡撫卹有199人，占總人數91.28%。因公死亡撫卹19人，占8.72%。

病故死亡者以惡性腫瘤者94人最多，其次為心臟疾病者21人。意外死亡以車禍最多，共計13人。

公務人員因公撫卹案件，之前有台鐵太魯閣號殉職機車長蔡崇輝案，遺族先前未獲「冒險犯難因公撫卹」，引發議論，今年1月時翻案成功。

苗栗縣警員柯雄飛今年3月北上支援反服貿抗爭勤務，返家休息腦幹出血送醫，經過1個多月治療，仍宣告不治，警政署希望從優撫恤家屬。

銓敘部中午指出，目前尚未看到柯雄飛案件，如果資料送達銓敘部，將交由審查小組，依法律規範來走。
