綠委包圍要求道歉　黃昭順：我有按照議事規則

立法院經濟委員會今日將再審自由經濟示範區特別條例，但綠委認為國民黨召委黃昭順昨日沒有照議事規則主持會議，且中午宣布休息後一直到5點半都沒有回到會議現場直到散會，因此今日包圍主席台要求黃昭順先道歉才能開會。

黃昭順仍堅持自己完全按照議事規則，認為綠委就是不想審查。民進黨立委吳秉睿也表示，民進黨想要逐條審查，但國民黨立委全都不在場，完全閹割立法委員的職權，自甘為行政機關立法局。（林海／台北報導）
