通霄鎮長徐永煌 涉嫌貪污遭約談

苗栗縣通霄鎮長徐永煌疑涉工程弊案，苗栗地檢署檢察官今天上午指揮大批廉政署幹員，前往徐永煌住家及鎮公所搜索，徐永煌等人被帶回訊問；辦案人員拒絕透露案情。

苗栗縣地檢署檢察官林俊杰今天上午7點多，率領廉政署幹員及刑警等10多人，針對鎮公所發包的多件小型工程，追查是否有收受回扣、官商勾結等大動作清查。

檢察官上午7點多先到徐永煌位於通霄鎮城南里山區住處搜索，再前往通霄鎮公所翻閱資料、逐一過濾清查。檢察官初步約談徐永煌後，連同機要秘書呂縣豐、農業課長張世健及建設課長黃見裕等多名相關人員一併帶回訊問，預言下午移地檢署由檢察官複訊。

徐永煌今天上午9點20分現身鎮公所時，身著黑色系服飾，快步進入2樓鎮長室，低調不願受訪，鎮長室內多名女職員為阻擋媒體拍攝，不斷以A4卷宗阻擋鏡頭；徐永煌上午10點多遭檢警帶回時，更使出調虎離山之計，讓徐永煌從2樓逃生梯離開。

據了解，徐永煌日前召開通霄鎮民代表會時，曾透露遭人檢舉涉貪污舞弊，不過詳細案情仍有待苗栗地檢署進一步說明。
