消基會促訂 不鏽鋼餐具標準

不鏽鋼也會生鏽！消基會檢測25件市售不鏽鋼餐具樣品，雖然重金屬檢測都合格，但其中高達14件為抗腐蝕性較低、含錳較高的200系列，25件樣品僅一件是品質較好的300系列。

消基會呼籲主管機關訂定不鏽鋼餐具標準，要求業者標示等級。標檢局表示，標檢局已訂出不鏽鋼餐具建議採304等級，即鎳成分應佔8%至10.5%，鉻佔18%至20%，錳佔2%以下。

衛福部餐飲衛生科科長鄭維智說，國內外研究顯示，不論是200、300、400系列，在未受敲打、損壞前提下，都沒有溶出金屬的風險。

消基會檢驗委員會委員、清大化學系教授凌永健說，呼籲業者使用含16%鉻和8%鎳的300系列當餐具，並將不鏽鋼成分比例直接刻在餐具本體。
