批張博雅「花瓶」 藍委盼開放投票

考監委提名名單出爐，馬總統提名中選會主委張博雅出任監察院長，但有國民黨立委認為人選了無新意，無法跳脫馬總統的用人思維，只是找一個樣板花瓶，呼籲黨中央在立院行使同意權投票時，能採取開放的態度。

國民黨立委陳根德說，這樣的人事案，感覺上沒有新氣象、沒有企圖心，沒有跳脫過去馬的做法思維。不過陳根德也說，基本上投票時還是會尊重黨，因為「沒有更好的人選，只能這樣」。

有國民黨立委批評，總統提出考試院副院長伍錦霖接任考試院長，大家可以接受，但有人會認為張博雅是在九月馬王政爭中挺馬有功，現在論功行賞。這位立委表示，他期待要有像前院長王作榮這樣的人選，希望黨能開放投票。
