3月景氣可望續亮綠燈

國發會今天下午發布3月景氣對策信號，經濟專家表示，3月在出口表現佳，加上內需消費景氣轉旺帶動下，可望持續亮出代表穩健復甦的綠燈，這將是今年以來所亮出的連續第二顆綠燈，也是時隔3年後再見綠燈連發。

景氣對策信號是由工業生產、商業營收、股價指數等9項指標編製景氣綜合判斷分數，再依分數高低對應不同顏色燈號，以明白景氣走勢。根據已發布的3月份相關總體經濟數據，季調前的海關出口值年增4.4%、工業生產指數年增2.9%，因成長率趨緩，表現較上月滑落，極可能會使綜合判斷分數各減1分。

台經院景氣預測中心主任孫明德表示，相較於上個月，3月份的各項經濟指標數據並無大太變化，而從企業生產和營運情況，以及股市表現，皆可知並未受到太陽花學運之影響，加上1、2月有春節因素，3月表現有可能會更好，因此景氣燈號仍可維持在綠燈。

今年以來連續第2顆綠燈

富邦金控經濟研究中心資深協理羅瑋也認為，3月景氣燈號會維持在綠燈，即使受到太陽花學運之干擾，但不論出口或其他經濟數據等表現都還不錯，加上國內消費景氣持續熱絡，因此可望亮出今年以來連續第二顆綠燈。
