資本計算錯誤 美銀暫停購買庫藏股

美國銀行（BofA）在發現計算資本水位的方式錯誤後，28日暫停收購40億美元庫藏股與加發股利的計畫，早盤股價應聲重挫近5%。

美銀表示，在發現美林公司發行的結構債證券出現計算錯誤後，便知會聯邦準備理事會（Fed），Fed也要求美銀必須在30天內重新提交資本計畫。這個錯誤顯示美銀擁有的高品質資本比先前申報的少。

美銀股價28日盤中挫跌4.8%至15.19美元。Fed於3月26日批准美銀提高年股利至5美分，而非先前的1美分，並允許美銀擴大購買庫藏股。
