核四停工震驚社會，台股（28）日開盤後一度大跌102點，但「神秘買家」進場，以期貨拉現貨、雙王（大立光、台積電）拉高價股等策略，將台股拉到由黑翻紅反而上漲35點，創造昨日亞股第一勇的驚奇。
